Event management software for organisers in Romania

Run conferences, corporate events, weddings and workshops from one account: ticket types with their own quotas, an attendee list with payment status, a multi-track agenda and a saved venue book. Check-in is a click on the list, and the numbers are on the dashboard.

What a Romanian organiser runs on 4myevents

From a one-day workshop to a three-room conference, the work is the same: know who is coming, on which ticket, and whether they arrived. 4myevents keeps those answers on one screen instead of across several spreadsheets.

One record per event

An event has a title, a type (conference, workshop, concert, corporate, wedding, seminar or other), dates, a venue, a city, a capacity and a status that moves from draft to published, completed or cancelled. The system numbers each event for you, so a team can say "EVT-0042" instead of describing it.

Ticket types that cannot oversell

Add as many tiers as the event needs, each with its own price and quota, and remove a tier you no longer sell. A new registration that would exceed a quota is refused with a sold-out message, and one that would push the event over its overall capacity is refused too. Deleting a registration returns its seats to the ticket type.

An attendee list you can filter

Each registration stores the attendee, e-mail and phone, the ticket type, the quantity and the amount. Filter the list by event or by status, or narrow it to today's registrations.

Payment status you set yourself

Money is handled outside the platform, so every registration carries a status you set by hand: unpaid or paid, with a button to mark a registration paid later. The revenue figure adds up paid registrations only.

Check-in from the list

At the entrance, staff open the list, narrow it to the event and press check-in on the person's row. The time is stored on the registration and the check-in rate moves. There is no code scanning and no printed badge step to set up.

A multi-track agenda

Add sessions to an event with a speaker, a room, a track, a start time and an end time, plus a short description. A two-day conference with three parallel rooms stays readable because the sessions belong to the event rather than to a spreadsheet tab.

A venue book you reuse

Keep a list of the halls, hotels and outdoor sites you book again and again, with name, city and capacity, in the settings.

A dashboard for the whole season

The overview shows published events, tickets sold, recorded revenue, the check-in rate and the upcoming events with registrations against capacity; the reports page adds the breakdown of events by status and the latest registrations.

From the first draft to the last check-in

  1. Create the event

Give it a title, a type, the dates, the venue and a capacity. Leave capacity at zero when the room has no limit.

  2. Define the tickets

Add Standard, VIP, Early Bird or any tiers you like, with a price and a quota each.

  3. Register attendees

Enter each attendee with the tickets they took and mark whether they have paid. Quotas and capacity are enforced when you save.

  4. Run the day

Open the list for the event at the door, check people in one by one and watch the rate climb. Afterwards the figures stay on the event for the next report.

Set up for Romanian organisers

  • Events, ticket types and registrations are in RON by default, the currency of Romanian venues and suppliers.
  • The 4myevents website is available in Romanian at /ro and in English here; the panel has Romanian and English interface text.
  • Messages to attendees are not sent by 4myevents. If you want reminders by e-mail or SMS, 4notify is a separate product of the same ecosystem and works independently of the attendee list.

Questions Romanian organisers ask

Short answers about what 4myevents does today for organisers in Romania.

What can an organiser in Romania do with 4myevents?
Keep events, ticket types, attendees, the agenda and venues in one account, enforce quotas and capacity, mark payments by hand and check people in from the list. It is back-office software for the organiser, not a public ticket shop.
Does 4myevents sell tickets to the public?
No. It does not publish a page where visitors buy tickets and it does not take card payments. You record each attendee yourself and set the payment status once you have been paid.
Which currencies can I use?
Events, ticket types and registrations are in RON by default. The 4myevents subscription itself is priced in euro; an account from Romania pays in lei at the BNR rate of the day plus 5 %.
How does the platform stop me from overselling?
Every ticket type has a quota and every event has a capacity. A new registration that would exceed either is refused, and deleting a registration returns its seats.
Is check-in done with QR codes?
No. Staff open the attendee list, narrow it to the event and press check-in on the person's row. The time is stored on the registration and the check-in rate updates on the dashboard.
Can I plan sessions and rooms for a conference?
Yes. Sessions carry a speaker, a room, a track, a start and an end time, so a multi-track programme can sit next to the ticket and attendee data of the same event.
Does it send e-mails or reminders to attendees?
No. 4myevents does not send e-mails, SMS or reminders. 4notify, a separate product in the same ecosystem, can be used for that, with no automatic link to the attendee list.
Where is the Romanian version?
At /ro. The English pages describe the same product for Romanian organisers who work in English.
