Online event management and planning

Create the event, set its venue and capacity, build the agenda session by session and track registrations — all from a web panel your team uses, not from spreadsheets.

In short: 4myevents is a workspace for the team organizing the event. You create the event with a type (conference, workshop, concert, corporate, wedding, seminar or other), date, venue, city, address, currency and capacity, and the platform assigns it a reference number automatically. The event moves through the draft, published, completed or cancelled statuses. You keep a venue library with capacities, build the agenda with sessions, rooms, tracks and speakers, and the dashboard instantly shows registrations, tickets sold, occupancy and check-ins. 4myevents does not generate public event pages and does not sell tickets online — it is your team's internal tool.

  • Events with clear statuses: draft, published, completed, cancelled.
  • Event types: conference, workshop, concert, corporate, wedding, seminar, other.
  • Automatic reference number, currency per event and internal notes.
  • Venue library with name, city and capacity, reusable across events.
  • Multi-track agenda: sessions with title, room, track, speaker, start and end time.
  • Capacity limit per event, enforced automatically on every registration.
  • Team access with per-section permissions, with a single 4b2b account.
  • Dashboard with events by status, registrations, tickets sold, revenue and occupancy.

From draft to completed event

Every event starts as a draft: you fill in the type, date, venue, city, address, currency and capacity, plus notes for the team. When it is ready, you move it to published, and after it takes place to completed or, if needed, cancelled. The automatic reference number helps you identify the event quickly in internal discussions and in the accounting records you keep separately. The published status is an internal stage marker — 4myevents does not create a public page for the event.

Venues and capacity under control

Venues you use often — conference rooms, hotels, restaurants — are saved once in the venue library, with city and capacity. For each event you set the total capacity, and the platform does not allow registrations beyond that limit: inventory is locked safely, even when several colleagues add attendees at the same time.

Agenda by sessions, rooms and tracks

For conferences and workshops you build the agenda session by session: title, room, track, speaker name, start and end time and a description. Parallel tracks are shown separately, so the team knows what is happening in each room. The agenda is the team's internal record; it is not published to attendees automatically.

Dashboard and team access

The dashboard brings together the number of events and their split by status, capacity, registrations, tickets sold, revenue from registrations marked as paid, check-ins, check-in rate and occupancy, plus the latest registrations. Colleagues sign in with their own 4b2b account, and you decide per section what each of them can see and change.

Frequently asked questions

What types of events can I manage with 4myevents?

Events are classified as conference, workshop, concert, corporate, wedding, seminar or other. For each one you set the date, venue, capacity, currency and tickets.

Can I manage an event with multiple rooms and parallel sessions?

Yes. The agenda supports sessions with a room, track, speaker and time slot, so you can keep track of several parallel tracks in the same event.

Can the team work on the same event at the same time?

Yes. Each colleague signs in with their own 4b2b account, with per-section permissions. Capacity limits stay enforced even when several colleagues register attendees simultaneously.

Does 4myevents create a public page for the event?

No. 4myevents is the organizing team's internal panel. The published status marks the event's stage; promotion and the public page are done on your own website or with other tools.

What does the dashboard show?

The number of events and their split by status, capacity, registrations, tickets sold, revenue from paid registrations, check-ins, check-in rate, occupancy and the latest registrations.

  • Real-time reports: registrations, tickets sold, revenue, check-ins, occupancy.
  • Team access with per-section permissions, with a single 4b2b account.

Cons

We are transparent — here is what 4myevents does not do:

  • It does not sell tickets online or process payments; payment is marked manually.
  • No public sign-up form and no public event pages.
  • It does not send emails, text messages or campaigns and has no discount codes.
  • No QR-code tickets or check-in, badges, certificates or CSV export.

Frequently asked questions about the 4myevents platform

What is 4myevents?

A web panel for the organizing team: you manage events, venues, ticket types, attendees, the agenda and check-in, with real-time reports. It is not a public ticket-selling platform.

Can I sell tickets online with 4myevents?

No. 4myevents does not process payments and has no checkout. You collect through your own channels and mark each attendee's payment in 4myevents as unpaid, paid or refunded.

Do attendees receive an automatic confirmation?

No. 4myevents does not send emails or text messages. For notifications you can use 4notify separately, a product of the 4b2b ecosystem.

How does check-in at the event work?

From the attendee list you press the check-in button next to the name; the status becomes checked in and the time is saved. No QR codes are scanned.

What reports does it offer?

The number of events and their split by status, capacity, registrations, tickets sold, revenue from paid registrations, check-ins, check-in rate and occupancy.

Does 4myevents integrate with invoicing or CRM?

Not automatically. 4myevents is part of the 4b2b ecosystem, and 4invoices (invoicing) and 4softcrm (CRM) are separate products used with the same account, but with no sync between them.
