Event promotion, measured through registrations

4myevents does not send campaigns or post on social media — but it shows you, on real data, what promotion achieves: how many registrations come in, which tickets sell and how full the venue is.

In short: you promote an event with your own tools — your website, social media, your newsletter, partners. 4myevents has no email editor, campaigns, remarketing pixels or social media publishing. Its role is to show you the result: the event moves from draft to published when promotion starts, and the reports show registrations, tickets sold by type, revenue from paid registrations and occupancy in real time. By event type (conference, workshop, concert, corporate, wedding, seminar) you can compare what works. For SMS, WhatsApp or email messages to attendees you can use 4notify separately, a product of the 4b2b ecosystem.

  • Published status for events being promoted.
  • Event types to compare results across conferences, workshops, concerts and more.
  • Real-time reports: registrations, tickets sold, revenue, occupancy.
  • Latest registrations on the dashboard, so you can see the effect of a promotion.
  • SMS, WhatsApp or email notifications through 4notify, a separate product with no automatic sync.
  • No email campaigns, discount codes, pixels or social media publishing in 4myevents.

What 4myevents does for promotion — and what it doesn't

4myevents is a management tool for the organizing team. It does not create public event pages, does not send newsletters, has no discount codes and does not post to Facebook or Instagram. You run campaigns with the tools you already use. 4myevents comes in afterwards: every registration your team adds shows up immediately in the reports.

Measure results in registrations and occupancy

After launching a campaign, you follow on the dashboard the number of registrations, tickets sold by type, revenue from registrations marked as paid and occupancy against capacity. The list of latest registrations shows whether a promotion brought in attendees. If you want to know which channel each attendee came from, write the source in the registration's notes field.

Communicating with attendees, through separate tools

Reminders, confirmations and post-event messages are not sent from 4myevents. You can use 4notify, the 4b2b product for SMS, WhatsApp and email notifications, or any other tool. There is no automatic integration: you prepare the recipient list yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send email campaigns from 4myevents?

No. 4myevents has no email editor or sending engine. You send campaigns with your email marketing tool; for notifications you can use 4notify separately.

Does 4myevents create a public event page?

No. The published status is an internal marker. The presentation page is built on your website or another platform.

Can I create discount codes?

No. Instead, you can define ticket types with different prices, for example Early Bird, each with its own quota.

How do I see whether promotion is working?

From the reports: the number of registrations, tickets sold, revenue from paid registrations and occupancy, plus the list of latest registrations.

Are there remarketing pixels or social media publishing?

No. 4myevents has no pixels, traffic tracking or social media publishing.

A web panel for the organizing team: you manage events, venues, ticket types, attendees, the agenda and check-in, with real-time reports. It is not a public ticket-selling platform.

Can I sell tickets online with 4myevents?

No. 4myevents does not process payments and has no checkout. You collect through your own channels and mark each attendee's payment in 4myevents as unpaid, paid or refunded.

Do attendees receive an automatic confirmation?

No. 4myevents does not send emails or text messages. For notifications you can use 4notify separately, a product of the 4b2b ecosystem.

What reports does it offer?

The number of events and their split by status, capacity, registrations, tickets sold, revenue from paid registrations, check-ins, check-in rate and occupancy.
